Increase your cash flow

A recent post on Linked-In was about improving receivables collection. I suggested using an automated reporting system. These systems connect to your accounting software using an ODBC connection. These systems monitor your receivables and automatically sends e-mails to your customers after a pre-defined days past due. You can also cc your internal staff. No postage, labor or human intervention. The best part is it’s green and increases your receivables collections, i.s. cash flow.
